The way we handle disputes is broken.
Legal disputes today are often:

As a result, many individuals and businesses either walk away from valid claims or get stuck in long, draining conflicts.

being developed as a neutral online mediation and dispute resolution
platform. We will always encourage users to seek independent legal advice

The goal is for agreements reached through Easilegal to be clearly
documented and signed by both parties. In many situations, a signed
written agreement can be legally enforceable, but this depends on the
type of dispute and local law. Users will be encouraged to take legal
